This support offering is for Universal Balancing customers whose machine(s) are within warranty or covered under a technical support contract. Please complete the following steps to grant our engineers access to the measuring system on your balancer:
REMOTE DESKTOP SESSION
- Complete the form below and press confirm. Successful submission of the form will automatically initiate the download of a .exe file our support engineers will need to use.
- When asked to install an executable file (.exe extension) either select ‘save’ or ‘run’.
- When a Universal Balancing engineer requests to take control of your screen during your support session, press allow.
If you have any issues with allowing one of our engineers’ remote access to your balancing machine please call the closest Universal Balancing office to your location and ask to speak with technical support.
