Crankshaft Balancing Machines
Automatic crankshaft balancing machines for light and heavy duty OEM’s and tier 1’s.
Automatic drilling and automatic loading
Manual and semi-auto crankshaft balancing machines for all industries
24/7 remote support and global support network
We offer a range of crankshaft balancing machines that cater for all types of light and heavy-duty crankshaft – inline, V and single cylinder.
Our proprietary workholding has counterbalance designed in to remove the need for bob-weights, improving throughput.
The dedicated self-learning crankshaft unbalance algorithm reduces correction to the minimum number of holes possible, increasing drill life and reducing cycle time.
Auto crankshaft balancing machines include dual drills, minimum quantity lubrication and advanced chip extraction as standard.
Mass centering machines include special workholding to locate the part. Precision measurement and optional feedback from the main production line allows you to fine tune your machining processes to reduce incoming unbalance.
Manual and semi-auto balancers contain the same technology as automated balancers allowing for recovery of previously rejected OEM parts or provides premium features at a competitive price for aftermarket and repair industries.
All crankshaft balancing machines come with our trademark ultra-high accuracy and repeatability, rapid cycle time, flexible configuration, small footprint and extreme ease of use.
Our balancers contain the industry leading UNI-64 Windows measuring system and easy to use Winbal balancing software. This includes error proofing of setups and operation, it also hosts features to improve cycle time, prompt routine maintenance checks and has comprehensive industry 4.0 in-built diagnostics.
When support is needed, our customers enjoy 24/7 remote support and access to our global network of service engineers.
