Universal Balancing offers a standard range of vertical balancing machines for measuring in single plane (static balance) and two-plane (dynamic balance). The vertical balancing machine range caters for rotors with a maximum weight of 1500kg. As a specialist manufacturer, they also manufacture custom vertical balancing machines to suit virtually any type of rotor.

The static and dynamic vertical balancing machines are of robust design and are operated by Universal Balancing’s industry leading measuring systems. Features such as job store and visual setup functionality within the measuring systems combined with physical features such as automatic tooling enable setting and recalling job information to be achieved in a matter of minutes. Through use of advanced sine wave technology, accurate balancing results are achievable in a matter of seconds, and with a comprehensive yet simple unbalance display, correction is carried our faster and easier than ever before. To further increases productivity and quality, static and dynamic vertical balancing machines can be fitted with integrated correction systems such as drilling, milling or welding units for manual or automated on-station correction. The vertical balancing machine range can control pre or post manufacturing operations to fully integrate within automated production hi-speed production lines.
