Universal Balancing’s entry level measuring system, the UNI-25 delivers a cost-effective solution to those looking for high accuracy and fast results without the frills normally found in a premium measuring system.
This flexible system is suitable for hard and soft suspension balancers that measure in one or two planes. The unit can be permanently calibrated so setup is both fast and easy. Once rotor dimensions is inputted and when required tooling compensation is carried out. The job data are stored to enable rapid recall when required in future. The UNI-25 can also be supplied with unique ‘matrix calibration’ data which eliminates ‘cross-over’ on soft bearing machines or hard machines with special requirements.
