 Virtually all vertical machines within UB’s standard range can be fitted with a wide variety of correction heads that are permanently integrated into the balancer, the correction heads can be mounted in a vertical or horizontal axis to enable axial or radial correction. When a correction head is fitted it is then possible to automate the entire balancing process and provide high throughput with minimal or no operator intervention. For the highest volume work the vertical balancers can be linked to robot loading or dedicated conveyor or pick and place systems to provide a fully automatic machine. Larger components tend to not be high volume so frequently the semi & fully automatic balancer balance parts upto 100kg 220lb so popular vertical machines are SV1EF (50Kg/110lb capacity) and SV2EF (100Kg/220lb capacity).
